Tulip - Just Merlot Israel earth and oakThe Tulip Just Merlot is 100% Merlot. The grapes for the red wine come from the Karmei Yosef Vineyard, which is located at the foothills of the Judean Hills. The Tulip Just Merlot went through alcoholic fermentation for around 2 weeks and was only then pressed from the skins. The resulting juice went through a second fermentation, turning Just Merlot into a finely differentiated, rounded and silky wine. It then matured in French oak for around 8
