Clinicians who do prescribe AOD-9604 in this age group under a documented informed-consent framework should, at minimum, measure standing height and sitting height every 3 months, track height velocity against population norms, assess Tanner stage at each visit, and obtain fasting IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels at baseline and every 3 months [18]
For most patients, the first dose is administered in the week preceding further therapy, with follow-ups every few weeks to help alleviate symptoms and support better health outcomes
