"Sunset Cliffs" Rock Oolong Shou It's spill-proofSunset Cliffs Rock Oolong is a yancha (rock tea) named after our local surf locale here in San Diego. This rock tea is grown and produced in the Wuyi mountain range of Fujian province, China. These leaves are a blend of cultivars (85% rou gui and 15% shui xian) that are produced by using the seven step Da Hong Pao ("Big Red Robe") method of production. This tea blend has an oxidation slightly lower than traditional da hong pao and a generous roast
